Lots, Condos, Villas. Tom Fazio Golf Course

Classical architecture and elegance distinguish this private golf and residential community. Located only 4 miles from charming downtown San Jose del Cabo and perched to the mountains overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

Querencia’s 18-hole golf course (designed by Tom Fazio) has been ranked the number one golf course in Mexico by Golf Week magazine. Fazio works with nature and its elements to create a spectacular golf experience.

Home-sites and residences may vary due to the topography including the kind of views. A beach club is currently under construction in front of the Acapulquito (also called Old Man’s) surf break.
